To provide you with the best information possible, we have attempted to list all zero trans fat cooking oils on the market. Except for donut oils, we have not listed any oil containing more than 30% saturated fat. Only vegetable oils are listed.

A company name in red means the company has entered at least one oil in the contest. No company may advertise a cooking oil on this website unless it has entered at least one oil in the contest.

Column TYPE = company type
mfr means manufacturer
lblr means private labeler (non-manufacturer that labels and sells oil manufactured by another company)
p/lblr means processor/labeler (non-manufacturer that labels and sells oil manufactured by another company and adds anti-foaming agent to the oil)

Column GD = oil grade
H means heavy duty (long fry life)
M means medium duty (medium fry life)
L means light duty (short fry life)
