THE ZERO TRANS FAT COOKING OIL CONTEST
We decided to hold a zero trans fat cooking oil contest. What better way to find out which oils are the best?
The test had to be conducted by the most qualified fats and oil testing professionals that we could find. That's why we contracted with the Texas A&M University Food Protein R&D Center, which has one of the most prestigious and respected oils and fats programs in North America.
Texas A&M has tested ten cooking oils for us, including a leading brand of partially hydrogenated soybean oil as a control.
